WELCOME TO GREEN ARROW CORP

Green Arrow Corp is a 100% owned Montana First Nation company, and a division of Akamihk Energy Inc.

Green Arrow focuses on renewable energy.  Since 2012 Green Arrow has worked on some solar installation projects, including installation of a 100-kilowatt solar rooftop on the Montana First Nation Administration Building, installation of rooftop solar on the water treatment plant and Montana First Nation school.

We are constantly exploring opportunities for partnerships to develop solar and other renewable energy projects.

Solar Farms

The largest solar energy project in Canada has received provincial approval and the company hopes to start construction in southern Alberta next year.
“It will be, by far, the largest solar energy project in Canada and one of the largest in the world,” said Dan Balaban, president and CEO of Greengate, the Calgary-based company behind the array.
He says the project in Vulcan County will include 1.5 million solar panels that will generate about 800 million kWh per year, enough to power 100,000 homes.

Since prices for solar power in Canada have fallen dramatically over the past 5 years, solar power systems are now affordable.
